Years ago I used to be one of the most negative people you could ever meet. Every thought I had was nonstop negative. If something good happened, I would question it, and expected the bad things to follow. It was a mess.
Thankfully I worked throuugh it. You can process your thoughts – which affect your emotions – which affect your actions – which affect your outcome.
