She shares what has worked for the empaths she has coached and offers realistic, grounded processes that inspire and amaze all those that use them. Awesome, Awesome book, wish i had this book years ago. My path would have been a lot less painful and navigating my life much easier and joyful. This book will help a lot of empaths avoid the pitfalls that I and so many like me experienced early on in our journeys. A must read for anyone who wants to learn control of their own energy and navigation of the energy we are being bombarded with in this world today. As far as a favorite chapter, I connected with all of them, but chapter 4 on Soul path and Life lessons resonated the most with me. Once I understood why I was born an empath, I found my souls path and purpose in this life time, then my life turned 360 degrees for the better. It took me over half of my life and a lot of struggling to achieve using this as a gift instead of a curse. I now have total control of how I allow other energy into my life and I use my empathic gift to help heal, giving closure to others as a medium. This book gives you the tools and insight to avoid many difficulties empaths have during their journey, allowing them to live a joyful life they could only dreamed of having. I really learned so much about myself. Loved it tremendously. I loved the explanations of all the different empath gifts such as animal empath and psychometric, which I am both. And one major issue that will alter my life forever (in a good way) is learning about rambling. It struck a huge cord with me. I’ve already begun seriously changing myself. This book is so jam packed with info I could read it a dozen times and still learn something. I refer to it many times throughout my week and am working on a few assignments. ~ Judy Wysocki
This book gives the tools and insights to avoid many of the difficulties Empaths have during our journey, allowing us to live a joyful life. It is a must read for Empaths. So far this book is interesting and I did not know there were so many types of empaths, and in each chapter you have homework if they choose to work on their situation [ this is giving people to better understand and help themselves ] and I like the body compass which I use and this can help someone greatly especially if their mind gets in the way. I’m involved in a couple of things and I was using what you call body compass, one of them is ” Animal Reiki ” my heart lit up and had a good warm feeling in my chest area, so I know this is for me. So from what I am seeing Corri Milner has wisdom, knowledge and she has been there [ so to speak ] experience and I believe she would be a great coach to work with. ~ Trent Adams
