It is an international school, teaching in many major cities in the U.S., accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF), which sets standards for the coaching industry. Attending iPEC changed my life, opened my mind with a new way to view myself, others, and life.
In the first class of 61 people, in NYC, we had a number of fellow students who traveled from different countries to be in our class, including a psychotherapist from Mexico who wanted to add coaching tools to her practice. We also had a number of people in class who already attended coaching schools, received their Certification, but felt lost in coaching. What they learned about coaching that 1st day, they had never learned before. It was eye-opening.
To help your quest, attached is a white paper study of various coaching schools, including ratings and criteria. iPEC towered over them all - rating 55 - the others rated in -- 20's-30's-40's.
