PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – in GROUP COACHING. We will be working with the well-known Energy Leadership Development System Program. Learn Emotional Intelligence (how to "respond" instead of "react" from a hot button, for your best outcomes, without denying what you feel) and about 7 different Levels of Energetic Self-Perception – learn the possibilities in accessing the 7 Levels in directing your - thoughts – emotions – actions – and outcomes to what you want, while moving through and past challenges. All the members in the group can benefit from each others’ experiences as you each grow forward making shifts in your life from call to call (assignment to assignment).

The Inner Driver, is an unseen driver, it is the inner voice that might throw you off course from what you want, might create repeated unwanted outcomes. This is a voice that can stop you, hold you back, talk you down. Everyone experiences this. In coaching we call it a Gremlin, and have a process to work through and past it. This Program begins with an Assessment you take online in the privacy of your own home. Then receive a private reading of your amazingly accurate Assessment, a Roadmap of where you are, your possibilities, your strengths, what's working for you, and what can work better for you and what you can do about it.
We can't help where we've been that brought us to now, but we can make a difference in going forward.
