In response to feeling like quitting your job and at the same time not wanting to (which can feel between a rock and a hard place), it is helpful to explore a number of avenues that many people have not thought about, to see if you can turn a conflicting and low level experience into something positive. I've seen it done. Some have been able to turn things totally around by altering their mindset and approach as well which has altered their outcomes, regardless of other's low level energy.
If, however, you feel you've come to a dead end with this, or too much of a loose wire is being spilled out by a firm and the way they operate, then you might feel it is best to make plans for your exit and to do so in a way that will benefit you in the long run, especially if you are in an industry where word of mouth gets around about a person's work reputation.
