How It Works You purchase an Assessment from me. I purchase it from the Institute For Professional Excellence In Coaching (iPEC), the originator of the well-knonwn Assessment in the coaching industry. The Assessment questionnaire is emailed to you; it takes abouit 30 minutes to complete in the privacy of your home. We schedule a private 1 hour reading for you; it’s a snapshot of where you are, your strengths, what you can build on, your possibilities, and a roadmap of sorts. Everyone I’ve done this for has been excited and motivated by it.
Witness Your Progress Weekly If you decide you'd like to proceed with the Program we discuss logitsics and pricing. The Program has workbooks that you can work on between sessions; if your schedule is too busy, we can do them together on the phone. You can witness your progress as we move along. On completing the 7 Levels of Leadership training, you have the option to continue with any or all of the following (all have workbooks).
