There are some choices that work for us and some that definitely work against us. How do we know which will be the outcome? If this is a tricky thing to navigate -- it could mean that you may not be fully aligned with your own self. I.e. you may be more aligned with who other people want you to be or what other people expect you to deliver. Opening up to one's intuition is helpful here to learn if we are in a mode to make choices for our best outcome. If a man, intuition may sound woo woo -- then go with your gut. Your gut can be your guide.
You can actually feel in your body when you're moving in a direction that is to your benefit and is a choice you "want" rather than a choice you feel you "have to" make. Making a choice that is moving in the direction that is to your benefit can unlock your potential to greater effectiveness, with new capabilities or present skills actiivated you had forgotten about. It is energizing, motivating, exciting. You want to be engaged with what you are doing. This can can also be the difference between making choices that have to do with living in a way that is healthy for who you are - or living in a uneasy way that opposes your very being - and creates "dis-ease." This can be why some illnesses develop or get worse. We are not living in alignment.
