Energy Leadership Assessments and readings (a/k/a debriefings) are well-known in the Coaching Industry for individuals and organizations alike. It gives a clear picture of where someone is in how they lead their life and their business - or don't lead their life and business, their strengths, things to build on, and a road map of sorts. My 2nd Certification is as a Master Practitioner in this area. Am doing an Assessment with a client this week, have done several in the past. "Upon completion of the online portion of this assessment, your report will be sent to the Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner who will be conducting your debrief. During the debrief, you will review your results and plan your future development in any area(s) that you wish to make changes. A copy of your results will be sent to you shortly before your debrief."
