Did you know you can affect how you feel by what you eat?
I usually eat 1-2 large salads a day - as well as fruit. For 4 days I didn't feel like having salads and fruit. The 5th day I felt down in the dumps for no apparent reason.
For 2 days I had 1 big salad a day, no fruit yet. And already I feel upbeat, motivated, and am doing a lot, loving my life again.
