WISH -- INTENTION -- GOAL
.
A Wish is like an Intention, but how do you turn that into a Goal that you can achieve. Below are a few steps for you to do this on your own.
.
You may want to do this on your own and may wonder how do you achieve such a Goal *or Goals. And how do you achieve that Goal sooner rather than later. For some it may take 10-15 years. If if you want to achieve it sooner rather than later, that can be done by partnering with a Life Coach or Business Coach. As a Life Coach and Business Coach I partner with my clients to achieve the Goal(s) they want. Below are a few of the many processes I use, which may assist you. I also use intuitive processes that are individualized, create customized affirmations to move past internal blocks to alter the psyche for different and wanted outcomes, and customized assignments that open new doors.

Perhaps the below it will assist in steps you can take.

A Wish is like an Intention. In that Intention we can direct our own life towards what we need and want (rather than to direct others who are on their own Soul Path with their own Life Lessons). I.e. our Intention is something we can actually put into action to work on our behalf (unconsciously and consciously). We can make things happen to move forward in our life and our business.

Here is an example of someone wanting to make more money in their chosen field - which is a great goal. You may have a different goal. Will use this goal for ease of giving an example.
.
One might consider doing a few things to set this Goal in motion. The unconscious is a powerful thing, which includes our Higher Self that can work on our behalf - while our Conscious Self takes steps we need. When you write things down your Higher Self gets to take part and may help point you to things. I also work with Divinity and Spirit for achieving, but that's a whole other topic. To keep it basic, here are some processes.

(1) Goal Journal.
..... (A) Start a Journal on your Goal. Write about why you want this Goal. Be specific. How will it change your life. For this sample goal - Financial Comfort - make that the name of your Journal. Start with writing:
....(B) Your Vision. Picture the future where you already have Financial Comfort. Write down what a day in that life is like with Financial Comfort - form the start of a day to the end of that day - with as much detail as possible.
....(C) How You Will Feel. Write about how you will feel in mind-body-spirit - once you have this goal.
....(D) Write down why you don't have this now. This may seem wonky, but sometimes much is revealed to us that can be helpful.
....(E) The Benefits. Write out every benefit you can think of that will occur when you have Financial Comfort.
....(F) Gain/Loss. With every Gain, there is a Loss. Sometimes the condition we live under that we want to change has a benefit as well that we don't always see. Even something that holds us back can sometimes be a comfort only because it is a habit and what we are used to. Stepping out of one's comfort zone can take courage.
In this case, write about what would be a loss in change once you have Financial Comfort. I.e. what do you lose by having this.
....(F) Write a Plan to achieve Financial Comfort.
- 6 month plan
- 1 year plan
- 3 year plan
- 5 year plan
........(i) Make an Action Plan; place y our to-do's on your virtual calendar and any other calendar you have.
.........(ii) have someone close to you hold you accountable to what you say you will do in your plan. Use a Calendar to note your plans.
Note: Choose someone who will not judge, assess, criticize, or insert their self and their own personal opinions and fears into your Goal. This may not be easy to find, and is why many use a Life Coach instead, because they are neutral (it is all about you).
........(iii) For each action you complete, have a reward you want or celebration ready. Every step counts, every step is important and an achievement. Doing this helps motivate you forward. It also tells your unconscious that you know you are worth it.
....(G) Challenges. Write down an itemized list of what you think is getting in your way of having this. We all have such challenges. It helps for it to be conscious so we can work with it.
....(H) Fear List. Read the last chapter on Fear in the book: Think And Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill. May also be able to find it in audio of it on youtube. After that:
-- Write your own Fear List on achieving this goal - Financial Comfort. Everyone has fears. It helps to get them out and obvious to you.
.....(A) Itemize by numbering your Fears.
.....(B) Next to each fear - from 1-10 (10 being the most) - rate how high that fear is.
....(.C) Reorder your Fear List so - the highest rated fears are first, to the lowest.
........(i) work on 1 fear at a time until the fear rating is down to a 3.
........(ii) write out for that 1 fear -- write out any counter to that fear - if it is an unreal assumption you carry from a past experience - or pretend you had a child you loved, what you may say to help them get past that fear. Do any research you need to do to help make this shift to move past it. Can look into Affirmations to help your psyche move past a fear.

(2) Vision Board.
Start a Vision Board - simultaneous to your Journal.
.....(A) can use for a vision board: a mirror (can buy markers called mirror markers - I think one is called mirror magic - they are erasable), masonite board, white board, cork board with push pins.
.....(A) On your board place visuals from magazines and elsewhere having to do with your Goal, anything you think of, words, articles, etc. ... whatever encapsulates your goal - your vision of it - feelings of achieving it - words of encouragement - perhaps visuals of those that have achieved a similar goal.
.....(B) Reward.
This is very important. Make sure at the start to have a visual that shows a Reward you will give yourself when you achieve your Goal.
.
