VENTING & COMPLAINING
Venting and complaining can
help us, sometimes.
For women it makes our
cortisol decrease (our stress
hormone) and our oxytocin
increase (our feel good hormone).
But there is a limit to what venting and complaints can do for you. In fact, it can also work against you.
Eventually, if repeated often, venting and complaining becomes one's focus, it becomes your outcome, i.e. you will have more of the same to complain about. It will also attract those to you that repeatedly vent and complain. Why is this important?
It is only important if abundance is important to you. If one is busy venting and complaining about others or circumstances on a regular basis, that is where your energy goes -- in mind-body-spirit. This will, in part, become like your mantra -- instead of an affirming mantra. This is important because it will block you from abundance, your prosperity, your true self, and your life purpose. It will keep you stuck and in lack until you alter your process. It is a victim mode of being.
VICTIM TO TRIUMPH ~ VICTIM TO TRANSCENDENCE
One's story from Victim to Triumph or Victim to Transcendence,
even before you're at a full triumph plateau, can change the direction you go in, and a welcoming different path. It also changes what you attract to yourself.
If you are in business, and your modis operandi is mostly around woe is me, and a fair amount of complaints about others, the message you send to yourself, unconsciously, can be self-sabotaging and self-damaging. It is a message that you have no value, otherwise why would this be happening repeatedly. It is a message that the universe, and the world you live in, is not working with you but against you. It is a message that you must protect yourself from all that is around you, so your heart and soul may not be open to receive all that your conscious mind thinks it deserves.
IT IS A MESSAGE TO YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE NOT THE METAPHORIC DRIVER OF YOUR CAR.
A NEW MINDET
Bringing in a new mindset can really work for you. Why? Because what we think and focus on we move towards -- and it moves towards us simultaneously ... manifestation. It creates new intentions that are not muddied by the negative internal voice.
How is this done? There are a number of steps you can take.
(1) INNER GREMLIN
Find your Gremlin voice that exists inside you, at no fault of your own, from childhood to now. There may be multiple voices talking you down, the "I can't" voices, the "I should" voices, the "I'm not enough" voices. Everyone has these voice, find your strongest and primary inner negative voice(s) if possible. Try not to beat yourself up about it, it got there for a reason. Processing through one's Gremlin voice, and we all have them, can clear a good portion of one's stuck, challenges, and obstructions.
(2) OTHER BLOCKS
-- Fear and Anxiety
-- Limited Beliefs.
After Gremlin is understood and you are working in alignment with yourself, instead of against yourself -- examining one's blocks mentioned above, and reducing their impact can mean:
(A) the difference between easier passage to manifesting what you want, and
(B) 1 step forward, 2 steps back.

On any day, at any time, you have the chance to rewrite how your story is going to go. We can't help the past and where we've been, but we can help the future by what we do now.
CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS ~ CHANGES YOUR OUTCOMES
