Creating the Foundation and Structure of your business is crucial, even if you tweak it along the way, otherwise one might tread water and backtrack.
Nothing is written in stone, you can change what you are doing as you move along, so that your business grows as you grow. Some have a business for a number of years but have no foundation or structure to it, and it has them running in circles and the money is not coming in. When we get to the foundation and structure, along with some of the strategies below, the clarity and focus takes shape, and motivation builds as one sees themselves manifest their hopes and dreams in business.

-- Create a Business Plan - 2 weeks - 1 month – 3 months – 6 months – 1 year – 3 years
-- Amount of weekly hours you devote to business
-- How much $ do you WANT a week?
-- How much $ do you WANT a month?
-- How much $ do you NEED a week?
-- How much $ do you NEED a month?
-- How many clients minimum will it take for you to get by and pay all your bills?
-- How many clients do you want a week?
MARKETING PLAN
-- Create a Marketing Plan – 2 weeks – 1 month – 3 months – 6 months – 1 year – 3 years.
-- It is said one needs to put 60% of their time into marketing.
-- How many hours a week will you do marketing?
... This includes learning marketing, trying a number of different ways to market. It’s a good idea to build up in having different streams of marketing.
