Anger In my experience with coaching -- I find anger usually blocks an emotional pain or emotional trigger that is unresolved.
Fear Fear occurs when we think we don't have options.
Frequently there are options, but when we are stuck we are unaware of this and cannot access what those options might be. It is when we release fear and clear our minds and hearts that suddently we get ideas for new options and become open to change.
Anger and fear quickly get released and resolved in coaching. Coaching trains skills in Emotional Intelligence and conscious awareness. It means the difference in RESPONDING and having a chance at our best outcome, rather than REACTING and being at the mercy of OUTCOME.
